Before the first transaction

Two things account for most of the problems reported.

  • The bank account name matches your registration. These two are compared before a withdrawal is released.
  • Identity verification is complete. A first withdrawal usually requires it, and doing it in advance is faster than doing it while waiting for money.

Making a deposit

  1. Sign in and open the deposit page in the account area.
  2. Choose a method and enter an amount.
  3. Transfer using the account registered in your name, following the details shown.
  4. Wait for confirmation, then check the balance.

Keep the receipt. Save the slip or confirmation screen for every transaction. If anything needs checking later, it is what lets the team find your transaction quickly.

Making a withdrawal

  1. Check that any promotional conditions are already met, or the request will be refused and the offer forfeited.
  2. Open the withdrawal page and select the linked destination account.
  3. Enter the amount and confirm.
  4. Follow the status in your transaction history until it completes.

How long it takes depends on the method and on whether your account is already verified. The current processing window is shown when you submit the request.

What to send when asking for a check

  • Your registered username
  • Deposit or withdrawal, and the amount
  • Roughly when it was submitted
  • The method used, and any reference number
  • A screenshot of the slip or the status screen

Send it in one message through the contact page and you will usually save several rounds of questions.
